The resort is located in a remote area, perfect for escaping crowded cities. the breakfast buffet is an excellent value, and the on-site onsen is a must-try. Guests can rely on the shuttle service to travel around the property. the rooms have individual room heaters, a kotatsu, and a television, with basic channels available.
The staff has minimal English skills and there have been customer service hiccups in the past.

The resort is located in a beautiful area, surrounded by rice fields and villages. The staff was helpful and friendly. The onsen was a great experience and reasonably priced. The breakfast buffet was reasonably priced, too, and had a good variety of food to choose from.
The location is somewhat remote and you need a car or transportation to explore the area. There were some communication issues due to limited English language skills of the staff.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, nestled in a secluded area protected by a sturdy fence and dense shrubbery. It was peaceful and serene, away from the hustle and bustle of the outside world. We also appreciated the convenience of having a convenience store right outside the hotel, making it easy to grab any necessities we needed. The service provided by the staff was exceptional - from the prompt and efficient housekeeping to the friendly shuttle service that took us wherever we needed to go. The welcome drink upon arrival was a lovely touch that made us feel instantly welcomed and valued. The room amenities were top-notch, with heating and air conditioning to ensure our comfort in any weather. We particularly enjoyed spending time on our terrace, enjoying the fresh air and beautiful views. The electric kettle in the room was a nice bonus, allowing us to make tea and coffee whenever we desired. The television with its am/fm alarm clock and flat-screen TV provided excellent entertainment options. The on-site dining restaurant offered delicious meals and the staff was always attentive and catered to our every need.
We had a fantastic experience at this hotel. We would highly recommend it to our family and friends.

Cute cottages with traditional Japanese decor and individual room heaters. Great shuttle service to nearby attractions and train stations.
Limited English skills among staff and no central heating in the cottages, resulting in very cold bathroom temperatures. Far from any convenience stores or restaurants, making staying here impractical without a car.
